I could have done it without transparency, but it didn't look very nice. If anyone knows how to make a .gif that allows transparency, I'll give you a cookie. :cookie: I can't figure it out for the life of me.

Anyway, I was reading Terry Pratchett's Night Watch for the millionth time about two weeks ago and when it got to the "arse up" part of the song, I couldn't help but think of this deviation. Then I decided to make an emote of it. I made the angel emote then gave up on it until tonight.

And so, we have a dead (a watchman or soldier?) emote and his little angel rising ass up to heaven. :|

Your best bet for faking semitransparency in GIFs is to use stippling effects.
